Ways Charlie complied.......

- Charlie contacted his local DEA office, Central California DEA office and finally the Federal DEA office prior to opening his dispensay. He was told it was up to state and local officials

- Charlie then obtained a business license from the City of Morro Bay

- Morro Bay presented CCCC with a list of ordinances which Charlie abided by meticulously.


- All customers were required to show ID and recommendations from a doctor. Detailed files were kept of each patient.

- Anyone under the age of 18 was required to have a parent present along with a referral card.


- Employees of CCCC paid federal and state taxes
