Charlie is a 1980 graduate from Farmington High School and
holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from UNM. He
worked his way through college and life.
Charlie owned and operated a Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Morro Bay, Ca.
In July of 2008 he was convicted of selling drugs in a Federal Court and now
faces up to a 100 years in prison. Charlie was a law
abiding business owner who wanted to help people. In his endeavor to help
people he found himself stuck in the middle of the nefarious battle between
Federal and State Laws.
Charlie is the son of Janeanne (aka Bodine Jones) and Larry Garcia. He is
the brother of Tom Lynch, J. Patrick Lynch and Amanda Garcia. Charlie has
the full support of his family.
